Hey nstaag,
Not too bad. Just the usual dread of what will come with the next BM. Really wish I could just have one BM a day. I bet I would have healed ages ago.
How about you?

Tanya,
So, you didn't have LIS procedure as of yet? Aside from my small reddish sepage (gross, I know) it has gone smoothly. It literally has saved my life, as I could not have continued on in that much pain every day. AF has been, without a doubt, the worst pain eve ever experienced.
You say you're having more than one BM per day, right? And I bet it's that second one that really hurts. :-( Are you using that Miralax? It really does soften the stool, and narrows it. That and prune juice kinda allowed me to survive until Sugery.
Anyway, ...you'll be in my thoughts Tanya, as I'm well aware of the pain you're going through.

No. Doctor doesn't think it would help me either.
Hence I need another opinion.
I never get spasms. Sometimes I feel a kinda very vague burning after a BM, but mostly it just stings and feels sore after. Twinges throughout the day. Gets sore if I sit or stand still for too long.
It's mostly the fear of it never healing and possibly getting worse that plague me. Most days I function pretty well.
We have Restoralax in Canada, but no i don't use it. The BMs are a pretty good texture, except sometimes around that time of the month darn-it. I do drink prune juice every evening with magnesium. i'm increasing this slowly before my next monthly cycle messes things up.
I'm so glad you are rid of the pain! We both just need to learn more patience. It's a slow process, healing.
