val, In woolies they sell mini fridges.
I took mine last time we went away.
It holds about 6 cans, so loads of room for cream and supplements :D
You can plug it into mains or car, so can keep cool on the journey as well.

i think the difference between the bottle vs capsules is that you get a more purer and bioavailable product with the bottle than the capsule.
the capsule has added stuff due to the capsule coating and a longer shelf life.
other than that, it will come down to convenience and taste.

Thanks Helen, I had thought of that because my son has got a giant coke can mini fridge that you can plug in the car, but in the instructions it says it can only be left plugged in for 8 hours at a time. I don't know what would happen if it was left on for longer? Maybe all the mini fridges aren't like that, I'll have to check.
Do the capsules actually do the same job though, even if they're not so pure? The flax oil, for example, I can only take a teaspoon morning and night anyway or it upsets my stomach, so possibly the capsules would be enough??? I don't know!!

I find that things that upset my stomach also end up irritating my rear. Do you find this to be the case? That's part of the reason I began with the primrose oil.
