Surgery in Thailand?

Hello everyone,
I am currently living in Chiang Mai. I have had a chronic anal fissure since September and have finally decided enough is enough. The pain in unbearable. I am just wondering if anyone on this forum has had LIS surgery anywhere in Thailand? I am totally willing to go anywhere with a reputable Doctor. Thanks for any information :)
