Definitly provides relief but it feels different then the other pain relievers I've used. I woke up this morning with a little soreness and for the first time in several weeks rode. I did an easy 15 miles and felt no worse when I got home. Going to increase it a couple of miles each day and see what happens. Certainly time will tell and if I'm healed in a month you'll all hear about it.

Jilly Willy, I am using Borage Therapy Hand Cream Unscented. I've ordered some more potent 98% Pharm Aloe. The Borage Cream is mostly Aloe Vera Gel, Vitamin A and C. Got it at the local health food store.

I hate to be pessimistic, but I predict your cycling days just might be over. I used to love to cycle. Never again.

BillUltra, Just got back from a 20 miler. Feel fine. Better than yesterday's 15 miler. I'm not going to push it. Going to take a day off and try 25 miles on friday and hold there for a week. if I can get up to 35 by the end of next week or the following week, that's fine. I might agree 60-100 mile rides might be done (at least for this year) but I'd settle at 50 years old with 35 miles a day at a brisk clip.

Good for you. Love to be proven wrong when it's like this. I'm 51, fully recovered, and also very athletic. But I have switched to hiking and rock climbing. I could probably cycle again, but just the thought of that tiny seat sticking up my crack freaks me out so bad, there's just no way.
Anyone want to buy a nice bike? LOL
