all healed and much happier

Postby arsets » 13 Oct 2011, 14:19

I have found this website to be very helpful, thanks for your posts. It can be a very tormenting problem.
I used to tear or show blood every bowel motion and be very scared of going to the bathroom. The spasms afterward were horrible. But now after 2 years my painful AF, i am healed. Occasionally when i get stressed or have too many carbs i can tear again but that seems to be twice a year now.
It's been a long journey but if you want to know what worked for me then view some of my older posts. It wasnt that hard to fix for me - hopefully this helps you.
Who would have thought a slither of potato could be that powerful.
Please let me know how you get on...

Arsets...what a good, easy technique. I've purchased many vit E suppositories and they help by comfortably stretching the muscle while moisturizing the area, but the potato may be the trick as it won't dissolve immediately! I am at the point where if this last try doesn't heal my fissures, I'm going in for surgery. Thanks for the tip!

i heard that potatoes actually have a poison in them. don't quote me but that's why you never eat the green spots, or old ones. but maybe thats part of the same mechanism by which botox works... which after all is also a poison. pure speculation!!!
i have heard that potatoes are also good for hemmies so this theory may be wonkers.
