Hey all i have noticed aot of you taking 0.2 nitro my crs just perscribed me 0.4 cause he said it wont give that bad of headaches did anyone ever try the 0.4 is it as affective im gonna start using tonight just wanna know what to expect...thanks

I have been using 0.4 nitro since 8 days and it does give little headache but after a week you feel better with the headaches.

im supposed to take it twice a day but i dont cause the headaches are so bad i dont wanna take it in the morning before work but i notice they only last for about an hour or 2 hopefully it gets better im on my 4th day

Are you using a small amount about the size of 1/2 a pea? I have nitro 0.3% and I use that amount. I didn't get headaches. My doctor told me that if I do get headaches they will get better as my body adjusts. I hope that yours do!

hey butthurt actually i have been using a hell of alot more than a half a pea i guess thats why but yesterday when i took it i got no headache its been about a week i guess my body adjusted to it now lets hope it does the job of healing
