He didn't give any diet suggestions, but there really hasn't been any constipation or anything like that. I am still taking softeners though. I have backtracked a little again. Some bleeding started back up and so the skin is more irritated again. The incision site is still open and the skin has not made any progress in closing since last week. I think that has a lot to do with the intermittent pain I continue to deal with.
He did say that if I get a few weeks out and the site hasn't closed, he'll put silver nitrate on it to help it close. I am not sure how that works.
