It's now 9 days since my 1st Botox & things are definitely improving much to my relief!! Having 1 soft easy bm everyday (thanks to my new improved diet of lots of fibre & water) no bleeding & most importantly no pain & no spasm. I'm still using recto twice daily at the moment I'm almost abit scared to stop using it but things are sooooo much better right now I can't quite believe it. Don't want to be hopeful that this is completely the end of the road for me cos this has been going on for many years but this is the best I've felt for months & months. Thank you again for all the support & advice on this wonderful forum & lots of healing hugs to everyone out there who is suffering right now. xx

Yes great news jillywilly. Success stories are just as important as those from fellow sufferers. I sincerely hope things continue to improve.Are you taking any stool softeners, or just diet + cream?
