Rectogesic?

Postby fitchatak » 22 Oct 2012, 12:37

Anyone been using Rectogesic for more than 8 weeks? Just noticed on the information leaflet that it says that it should not be used for more than 8 weeks. I'm sure I read here about a guy who had been using it for 12 years - maybe I didn't read that right! I'm loving that Rectogesic and don't want to give it up....What does everyone think?

Maybe just use a maintenance dose, say a small amount at bed time or first thing in the morning. That's what I did with the diltiazem (when I could get along with it!) I felt it helped so much that I couldn't give it up. It still worked for me just using it once a day and very sparingly.
