Naturopathic doctor

My suggestion is to see a naturopathic doctor! Food and supplements will be your medicine. It is amazing! The dr. Will heal you from the inside out. Foods and supplements will heal your skin, tissues, digestion, etc. it is well worth looking into. Try to talk to a naturopath to see if they can help you. You won't be sorry!

Yes, I am currently seeing a naturopath for almost 2 months now. The results are amazing. She has me on supplements and foods like molasses, chia seeds, raw coconut oil, whole grains, fruits, veggies, etc. These are all working together to heal my organs, skin, muscles, cells, etc. after a year of conventional doctors, the naturopathic methods are the only thing that is working. She also found that I have a wheat allergy as well as other foods to avoid. Lots of brown rice products for me for now as well as oats.

I am in the uk. I think it is fairly expensive to see a naturopathic dr here.
She has you on a very healthy diet... I really hope it works out for you

Thanks. Naturopaths are not usually covered by insurance. However I feel it is well worth it. Even for just an evaluation to find out what foods and supplements your body can tolerate.
