Invention...someone has to have the 'smarts'!

Postby Bajan » 18 Dec 2012, 15:19

Hi...
I have been through several procedures and LIS to try and get my life back due to an anal fissure...(actually Botox and two LIS surgeries...along with an unknown number of internal exams that put you into another dimension re: pain...).
With the medical abilities out there...has anyone else thought of a procedure that would entail placing a small micro-thin clear "patch" over the fissure. The patch would have impregnated healing compounds for the fissure itself, as well as some anti-spasm/relaxation drugs to do their part. The patch would be applied and self dissolve over a period of time...say 8 weeks...and voila!...fissure healed.
Sounds like a fix to me...just need someone with the smarts to develop it.
...Thinking of taking this to the "Dragons Den"...(only kidding of course)
Bajan.
