Hi everyone, thanks so much for all of your advice and kind words yesterday when I OD'd on my big 1 1/2 tbsps of MOM!!!!! Not even funny what that did to me, I feel much better today..WHEW!!
Now my dilemma begins...since I need to take something in order to go ( I never just go on my own), which usually is my Natural Calm Magnesium drink before bed...when do you all think I should start that again???? I am way too sore and TOTALLY cleaned out to take it tonight, do you think I should take it tomorrow night and try to go on Monday morning?? I ate virtually nothing yesterday, but today I am eating regularly. I just don't want to end up with everything difficult to pass. I don't know, how long after being totally cleaned out do you usually start going again??

I would take a break tonight. I doubt you will have to go anyway tomorrow.
Maybe resume on Sunday evening.
