Day 3 post op (fissurectomy) and the site it driving me crazy with how itchy it is!! Any tips for controlling the itch?

Itching is normal after surgery due to histamine at the site of the wound. If it's ok with your doctor, you could try some Benadryl to get some itch relief, but make sure you drink plenty of water with it and watch out for any constipation that might occur.
I don't know if you've been doing soaks, but some oatmeal that is made for the bath might help soothe the itching too.

Constipation and lack of fluids are both issues for me so I'm guessing benedryl is out lol and the dr strictly told me add nothing to my sitz baths so it looks like I'm just gonna have to stick it out :-/. Thanks for the advice!!
