Dear Debs,
So sorry to hear that you are in so much pain.

Hemorrhoid ops are one of the most painful that you can have, and plus Botox and a Fissurectomy I am not surprised that the pain seems pretty much unbearable. I hope by the time you read this you will have been in touch with your surgeon to get something that will help a bit more with the pain and to make sure that everything after the surgery is ok. I do remember with one of my hemmy ops I took myself down to the doctor, but it was just the swelling that was the problem.
It's not uncommon to want to pee with so much inflammation going on down there, but you should also get that checked just in case there is an infection.
I have always used ice packs wrapped in a towel to bring down the swelling with hemorrhoids, but not sure if you can do this with what you have had. Really, the very best is to see your doctor, and if you feel it's just too awful, and the pain too intense, don't hesitate to go to the ER. You should not have to suffer.
Thinking of you.
