I don't worry about the watery / loose stools unless they mix with the water, which mine never do. Lately I've been more like a cow pat than anything else. If I start to moo I'll worry but otherwise I'm fine with that for now. Life is going to be strange when I no longer have to consider these matters on a daily basis
Crackingup, after having an issue and experience with a painful fissure I don't think you can forget about how it was, its always going to be in the back of our minds and every time we wipe.

I know many boarders add wheat/oat fiber to their diet but all it does to me is make my poo large. If it less fiber in the form of bread/oats/crackers, my poo is softer. I try and mostly stick to fruit, cooked vegies, and meat and 1/2 miralax. If I do my poo is much softer and smoother. I used to be a 2 on that scale, but now am a 4 or 5.
@marg6043 I do try and put these things behind me, however I think that's where the problems started in the first place!! (behind me.. get it... hoho).
Cracking up I glad you still have a sense of humor, we have too, after all, it is a pain in the "arse" you know "butt" after all. :D I have to say that, something strange happen, I am doing very good, but yesterday I decided to rearrange my entire living room, to my surprise I am today a littler bit sore in my bum more than usual. I wonder if all the pushing kind of affected my healing fissure.
