Yeast/Bacterial Overgrowth Connected to Fissures?

I am wondering if anyone else with fissures has a high microbial load and if they are somehow connected.......

i used an anti fungal cream called canisten and it stoped my itching anus after 3 years
also have jock itch and toe nail fungas wich is from a yeast over growth
