all good now

Postby half1 » 24 Apr 2013, 01:01

I an good now no blood no pain no trouble.I was suffering really bad with pain and bleeding, So I started taking Colostrum,My wife said it helped digestive problems and it might help me

Then I started getting cramp in my big toe and it drove me crazy at night, I had to get up and stand on it to get it to go down, So went on the net and found Magnesium, and started taking that

Now I am fissure free and feel great. I take 1 magnesium tablet with breakfast and 2 colostrum at night with dinner. I have not changed my diet ,just take the tabs, Funny thing before I was a chocoholic, sit and eat a big block watching tv at night,no problem, and since taking magnesium I hardly ever eat it, and since found out that a magnesium deficiency can cause a chocolate craving. but anyway things are really good. I have a BM in the morning after breakfast and one at night after dinner

Half1,
It's great to hear you are doing so well!.... and may it continue ever after ! :)
Thanks for posting the above, especially on Magnesium - I'm a terrible chocoholic and might just have to look into the Magnesium deficiency thing! Really interesting - as I have huge cravings!
All the best to you.

If anyone's interested, the chocolate thing is likely because cocoa has a relatively high amount of magnesium in it. The straight powder of it's almost all fiber, and has the highest amount.

hi half1
Yay, I just went to the store and bought a magnesium supplement. I'll give it a try to see if it helps a bit with the spasm. I also have colostrum, I'll drink it. Ohh my a have a pharmacy at home
I wish you to never get the problem again!

Hi half1
Question, I took the magnesium, yesterday and today. I feel that my rectal muscle is more relaxed, do you think this is because of the magnesium?, or just me been crazy?. When did you start to feel the positive effects of magnesium and colostrum?

Usually it only takes a couple of days to start feeling better. relaxed bum means less straining.
I found it made me want to go twice a day instead on once in the morning, and less to get out ,less pressure,That was me, you may react differently. But it seemed to help with the healing, just takes a wee bit of time, then suddenly one time, no blood, no pain, and you take care for a week or so, waiting for the usual problems, then still nothing, and you go back to absolute normality, and dont think about it. just keep taking the tablets
