I was wondering if you guys know which one is better. I am comparing the regular metamucl psyllium husk stuff vs. the benefibre or metamucil clear. My doctor recommends benefiber/metamucil clear because it is soluble fibre.
I am using it as fibre supplement but also my BM's generally tend to be on the loose side so I was wondering if the psyllium husk is a better alterntive as it is a bulking agent in addition to being fibre supplement where the other stuff is only fibre supplement and not a bulking agent?
Is there something else about these products that you guys can share that will help me make the decision?
