Got to ask... Did you drew your avatar yourself?

Unfortunately I can't take the praise for this character, its from a series of memes called Rage Comics.
I had started with the "ffffuuuu..character" but eventually my need to "ffffuuuuuuu" depleted as the botox kicked in.
The characters are here if you feel you guys need a new face for your current mood. http://alltheragefaces.com/
Mine is a "trying to poop gently" face.

Please go-away! wrote:Lets see, before when the pain would come upon a BM,when I sat down on the toilet.
I would tilt my head back then look up at the sealing and blow out by piercing my lips and chant the mmmmm sound. I Image hope no one would here me in the next cubicle..lol It made the pain more bearable, because it usually made me laugh afterwards.

PGAway this is the same as my "I'm ok, I'm ok, I'm ok". It's so good that you guys do these things too.
If I ever hear chanting coming from the next cubicle, I'll be sure to whisper "You're ok, you're ok, you're ok" to them.
OK ETO...
Welsh Fissure traditions...
1.The towel hug, but it needed to be hanging up so I could pull on it.
2.The arm rub "I'm OK" chant.
3.The tippie toes knee bounces and tiny noise consisting of "nneeeeeeeyyyyyyyyaaaaaaaaaaaah"
4.The Lamaze class pant. "heeee heeee heeee whoooooo"
Recovery
1.The "I look like I've pooped my pants" shuffle out of the toilet - disguised with holding my back as if I've just pulled a muscle. People won't suspect a thing!
BUMBATHING WAAAAAH! This is a cause for concern ETO. But I'm intrigued at the air circulation and may replace the back garden with a visit to the freezer and a quick bend over in front of the peas and ice trays!
You guys make me laugh. Thank you all!

Hi welsh,
Sorry to hear of your break up but as you said you did the right thing.. Good on you :).
Also glad to hear your doing so well again keep up the good work.
When my pain was really bad I hardly ever made it into the toilet I pooped outside the door standing up screaming :(( for the times I did make it I almost pulled the sink from the wall I really don't want to go back there. My poor daughter is so frightened she will suffer from fissures I hope not.
ETO the Haka seems like a good move lol

Oh Edel you poor thing. That's so sad to hear and your poor little girl seeing her mum in pain will no doubt cause an aversion to toilet time. I hope you've come a long way since then and you show and encourage your little one to eat right and not be scared.
The Haka! Waaaaaah I love ETO!
Keep healing lovely girl.

...ABRACADABRA?
Tee hee. Hopefully healing is ongoing right now.
Butt Blog update: day 32
2 BMs today in work - I was a little worried because I'd had whole wheat spaghetti & meatballs (from M&S yum) last night. I did chew it well and Fortunately they both went perfectly. Bit of an itch from one area. Keeping an eye on that.
All in all, basic diet is going well. Trying bits and bobs. Missing my crisps. Drinking like an elephant. Peeing like... An elephant. I used to be able to hold my wee in for hours if I couldn't be arsed but now it feels like I've got the bladder control of a 2 year old!
Heat wave for another week too my UK friends! Aren't we lucky having a 2 week summer!

Butt blog Update: day 33
Ladies and gentlemen, I had a wicked poop today, absolutely no pain on build up (I guess that was the pressure on my fissures/incision site that was sore).
Image
I then had another wicked poop after work.
By my count that's 10 consecutive days of pain free blood free poops!
I'm really surprised how my body is dealing with this. I'm introducing new foods all the time. Brown pasta! Croissants (mmm croissants). And every day my poop is perfect.
Image
Still get a slight itch. I'm also still very very concerned about  bum shuffling (I.e across the sofa or whilst sleeping) because I can still feel it's delicate.
I'm dying to get back to my exercise. But I don't want to undo the great work I've been doing. Nearly 5 weeks now.
I'm also about to swap to the new tube of Diltiazem that needs to be kept in the fridge. - this could cause some issues if its different to my current cream.
I've also discovered that Diltiazem is unlicensed in the UK (despite my GP prescribing it) BUT you can get it from the hospital so most CRS's should prescribe it if your GP doesn't. I'm very fortunate to get free prescriptions in Wales. Such a lovely country.
Image
Hope you guys are all healing well.
