1. Apple sauce everyday
2. Lettuce Salad with tomatoes, cumcumbers with an oil based dressing, like Italian
3. Potatoes either as a salad or mashed, or cooked. (not fries)
Put that together with a 1/2 mile walk daily and you should see improvement, in the opinion of this healing patient. (No more fissure, and no more pain, just very mild irritation, which is receeding. Also using a gel containing witch hazel, phenylephrine hcl, proplyene glycol, vitamin E from Walgreen. COOLING JEL
