Try not to worry..... I have days where I bleed since Botox too (today being one of them)
As long as your pain levels don't shoot up, I would just presume it's minor irritation, or an internal hemmy you don't realise you have.
It always looks like a lot of blood, but it's probably not. Like when you cut your lip... A tiny cut produces an alarming amount of blood. Try not to let it get you down. Xxxx

I don't use recto... It gave me huge headaches....... I don't really use anything.
I just remember to drink a bit more water, try and eat a few more veggies etc, and usually it calms back down again in a few days or so.
Try not to worry.... For some of us, blood is just one of those things... I've had really painful episodes with so much pain, but no blood... It really makes no sense!!

Hang on in there xxxxxx

Hi Puzzled,
It may just be a minor irritation. I have had this, and it stung a little, then seemed to calm. I think that when we are healing the skin over the fissure is very thin which can get scraped if the BM is a little large or hard... Keep positive,it should settle in a few days...

I use the Recto when needed for a few days or so after it happens. It seems to help. Also I use sudocrem sometimes.
