Still burning after all bm's but an overall better day, the first one in 3 weeks. Is it the cream, change in diet, the fiber powder 400 mgs iauprofen,baths, ice packs on bum,extra water intake, evening Senakot pills?? We will see. Stools are softer. Still could havd a bad future day. The Big notice is thd crippling pain has gone. Is it sloooowly healing, not sure?

Aahh, Canada, that is great news. Just great. I'll tell you right now that you could indeed have bad days, but the fact that you had a good day is a really good sign that what you are doing is working.
As you progress, the good days will increase and the bad ones decrease. It will be frustrating! Every bad day feels like a step back to square one, but it IS NOT. It is a step back but then you take two steps forward.
It takes time, don't be discouraged.
Hang in there! Keep doing everything you are doing. Eventually you'll be able to drop some things, but that's by trial and error. Get better first.

Spoke too soon...out downtown errands...massive sattack spasm with brutal pain "returned" with a vengengence!! Pain killers left at home. Suffered miserably till the bus took me home.

You have to take it easy, Bud. You can't stress your system, you have to give yourself a chance to heal.
I still get some burning and pain if I over-do it, and I'm 98% healed.
