Suffice to say I'm starving at the moment, living off fruit for breakfast and vegetable soup for lunch, still it won't last long once I finally find a carb that agrees with me!
Anyway what would help me greatly is a good cereal! Sorry to have to post again and I have been looking at other breakfast posts but as I can't eat bran based cereals (too much insoluble fibre) and oats make me constipated I'm a bit stuffed...or not as the case may be!
I am wondering whether to go down the 'corn' route? I.e - corn flakes or some type of corn based cereal?
I have been a bit freaked out by the 'Popcorn is terrible for fissures' posts, so wondering if my corn quest is a bad idea?
