I searched because I really didn't want to post this but couldn't find anything similar. Lately anytime my husband and I have sex or even foreplay it feels so weird. Like pressure. Missionary is an absolute no. Has to be me on top for it to be even bearable. I hate this. Does this happen to anyone else? What could it be from? The actual fissure(mine is anterior) or just maybe swelling?

Yes it was like that for me, missionary was exceptionally painful, me on top was better but I was in agony every time I had an orgasm as it just set my spasms off so bad. It did get back to normal once my fissure had healed but it took a while.
