Ahhhhhh - the right question for me - my holiness Guru Pitka !!!
Once Dalai Lama answered to that same question : " That is domain of the God - ask him" ! So, I tried to fathom the answer for many days and was deeply wondering if anybody knows anything in this world and my enlightened mind said _ NO ! So, we better ask what is the meaning of "us" ?!? What is meaningful to us and what is that we do that is meaningful for others. We can truly find happiness only if we get to know us - as goes the old Chinese saying. Most would agree that only true value is love - only thing that gives meaning to everything. Loving us, loving others, loving this creation. So, conclusively, my holiness came to the conclusion that LOVE is the meaning of life.
