Finally went then bath then try to sleep again...Waves of Intense Pain. Took Tylenol and Calmoseptine Cream useless...Like a rollercoaster right now...horrible pain!!! Ow ow ow

Can you get your GP to prescribe a stronger pain medication to get you through this awful phase?

No..unfortunatly all the Narcotic pain medications available "including my highly in demand by Low Life's; Drug Store Robbery Pain Pills (Oxycodone)" cause Severe 5 day constipation..no thanks not going through that again!!

Wonderful Meds for "instant pain relief" but slows your sphinter down. No good!!...no good at all. Highly Addictive!

Going to Emerg another Useless Experience...wait in writhling pain for 6 hrs + only to be told nothing they can do but prescribe Nefidipine Lidocaine Cream(which I allready have) and pain Narcotics(which are in my cupboard)...no not letting people know I have them so they can 'break my door down to steal them" as they are highly saught after and highly addictive!!! Utter Madness....

Have you tried gabapentin...not sure if that is its name over the pond but it really is great for the spasms and as it isn’t an opioid has little to no effect on the digestion, it may be worth a try at least.
No I went to emergency once for my fissure...never again a total waste of time and I ended up in even more pain.

Read the side effects Gabapentin..."severe possible Diarhea and Constipation" gee thanks for the info...
