I wish the study was for the med only as I would surely try it then, and they are also within a 30 min drive from me. The 0.2% is working for me as the fissure is healing (too slowly) and I havent experienced any headaches so I wouldnt mind trying a higher dose (0.4%). I still have pain after BMs not as much during but about an hour after and lasting around 2-3 hrs. This is tolerable compared to the razor pain and 5-6 hrs of spasms i had last month before i started the nitro.
