I am 5 yrs post LIS. I have had hemorrhoids here and there. Honestly it always feels swollen and full after a BM. But recently had quite a hard bm and now I have pain that reminds me of my AF pain pre LIS. There is no blood (I had a lot with my AF). Can you have a fissure with no blood? Started on clearlax again in the meantime but even soft stools hurt.
