Re: diagnosed then un-diagnosed...arrrgh!

I've actually lost 28lbs since this AF! They do say that there's always a positive to come out of a negative! It's the only thing I'm actually happy about since this all started. With this diet hopefully I'll lose even more! Have you tried sitting in the actual bath as opposed to a sitz bath? I have...

Re: diagnosed then un-diagnosed...arrrgh!

Hya! I've been dealing with mine for nearly 4 months, and some of the questions you ask about the sigmoidoscopy, I've been wondering about myself! Before I go to the loo now, I put on wheatgerm oil, and a couple of times during the day too. I also have the diltiazem cream and it has made an enormous...

Re: stigmoidoscopy?

I wasn't that ken on the man anyway, and he told me I'd be fully healed after 3 days with the op, which I think is rubbish. It's difficult to find a good crs, especially as I'm in the UK and everyone else seems to be in the US! I'm wondering whether to ask my doctor to refer me on the NHS- at least ...

stigmoidoscopy?

I don't know if that's how you spell it, but what is it, does it hurt and are you awake when you have one? I have to go back to my crs on 10th october, and he said I should have had one when I last saw him, but he couldn't do anything, not even examine me properly because I was in so much pain. I wa...

Re: healing question

ooh, sounds painful Dano, I wish you luck, it would be awful to be back where you started! How long did yours last altogether? Did you heal naturally or with surgery?

healing question

when the creams have stopped/controlled the spasms and the really screaming pain seems to have(hopefully) ended, if it still hurts when I have a BM, does that mean I've made any kind of progress, or is the diltiazem and valium just kind of making it seem as if it's healing when it's really still the...

Re: valium

Hi Lecia,
yeah, I figured how to do it eventually! I thought she looked exactly how I feel at the moment! I haven't got any nice photos, I would look totally miserable and depressed if I had any taken now!

Re: Think I Found A Cure For Me... Worth A Try!

Hi Lecia, that sounds great to do a pr-selected avatar(whatever that is!) Does that mean I can put a picture of 'me' and instead of being shortish and fattish, suddenly turn into a supermodel!!! I could have really long hair again, because I had really long hair and used those GHD hair straighteners...

Re: valium

Re: New & Hello

Oh yes I know that. We went to Portsmouth Docks when we went to Warners at Hayling Island a few years back. At least you wont have to come in contact with my specialist then, unless he travels!! We live in Essex.
