Steve, Meditation and/or prayer is not complicated! Deep breathing while visualizing healing is not complicated either!! I just feel very strongly about the mind/body/spirit connectedness. Good luck!

just wrote back to your other post re: acunpuncture. i'm also trying meditation and listening to relaxing music in the bath twice a day. i'm focusing on positive thoughts and it's helping me deal with it better at least.
