Re: Surgery healing vs. fissure healing

Best of luck with your surgery, Bambi. I too have not experienced the spasms that I can actually feel, but know the pain. All the very best to you Image

Re: Ask the Person Below you a Question

Does sound like a wonderful adventure, in South Dakota. I haven't been in the States that long, and have only been to Florida and Louisiana, both of which I loved. South Dakota sounds exotic to me! About the shoes: winter now, so I have lined boots with a waterproof part on the shoe part to take on ...

Having had 3 hemmy surgeries, two where they messed up and had to operate within three days of the first darn surgery, I am just du...

Re: Ask the Person Below you a Question

I have previously had cats, but am now allergic to them! Would not like to see birds in a cage. I feed the wild ones up where I am, through the long winter. So, I would have to go with a fish. Not demanding...

Re: Discomfort when bowels are full

On my journeys around the net I seem to remember reading something about the rectum being a part of your intestines that should never hold BMs for any length of time, being just a final conduit, so to speak. The trouble is that the anal spasm stops things functioning as they should, consequently lea...

I would love to be snorkeling, weightless in the water, looking down at the fish swimming around the coral below. Great memories of the Seychelles again!

Re: Discomfort when bowels are full

I had thought that I had rid myself of what you describe, but today is the absolute worse the pain has ever been. The sensation that I have had, just about from the time this whole thing started, was gradually increasing pressure in the rectum, difficulty in peeing, and if not totally 'clean,' then ...
