Re: Insomnia

Thanks for the info, Cherylk. I am really trying to be positive about it, and will will good thoughts to that area. I try so not to stress out about things, but tend to do it naturally. Yesterday was one of those days. I ate different food than normal and also had to be in a stressful situation (mad...

Re: Insomnia

Insomnia is horrible. I have had such trouble sleeping that now I take a very low dose of a muscle relaxant and that seems to help. I only use them at night and they have been a blessing for me. Just cannot stand being in pain AND not sleeping. Way too much. Hope the sleep has refreshed. I am waitin...

Re: Ask the Person Below you a Question

Scandinavia also has Denmark! Lived there for 15 years.
Professions. I think I would have liked to be a researcher, though maybe not for long though I love it now.
My question. What other country would you like to live in, if you had to leave your own?

Re: Diltiazem...how to 'apply'...and did it go well

Yes, Cherylk, I know that I won't be able to put a finger anywhere inside! So glad that everyone on here understands all the ins and outs of what you have to go through. I have to say that I am also worrying about the examination that might happen on my first visit to the GI specialist. Hopefully th...

Re: Diltiazem...how to 'apply'...and did it go well

I am hoping against hope that it will not irritate my skin. I will start off slowly, in the evenings. I already take Diltiazem by mouth, and the first lot of those I had a weird reaction to, and they had to change the pills. Very sensitive skin - but maybe everyone who has AFs has sensitive skin? Wh...

Re: Ask the Person Below you a Question

The Seychelles are a group of islands in the middle of the Indian Ocean, half way between Africa and India, 4 degrees off the equator. If you google them, you will come up with many pictures. Mahe is the main island. It is a real tropical paradise! I don't play sport these days, but when I was at sc...

Re: Diltiazem...how to 'apply'...and did it go well

Hope it works for me, but will not expect wonders then will be pleasantly surprised. I am quite amazed that Vaseline has brought me some relief exter...

Re: Ask the Person Below you a Question

My favourite island, without doubt, is the island of Mahe, in the Seychelles. I have visited and lived there and have many old friends from there too. No match for the beauty anywhere, and I have been lucky enough to visit many islands around the world. Bumbutt, I lived in South Africa, and have fam...
