Fissure healed but scar tissue causing spasms

... exam - nothing wierd inside (no lumps & bumps etc) but significant scar tissue just inside anal margin, which he thinks is causing all the spasms. He's prescribed Xyloproct (lidocaine 50mg & hydrocotisone acetate 2.75mg). Anyone else got any ideas ? Thanks

LIS surgey = no more spasms ever?

Anyone know if you have the LIS procedure if that means the muscle that creates the painful spasms is gone or does it simply promote healing better? Anyone know? Thnx!
