i know many of you tried Self anal dilation, how long does this usually takes to see some results?

I 3 days back tried using an equipment very similar to the anal dilators which comes in various of sizes however had not seen much results.

i usually lube it with KY jelly and put it in for about 13 mins using the 14mm ones. but i don't seem to see any result in terms of the stopping of the cramp/spasm despite doing it for 3/4 days. i'm doing only once daily due to my busy schedule.

i'm wondering, for those who tried it, how long does it usually takes to see results, in terms of decreasing the tension and spasming of the anal muscles?

It took me nearly a year of three times a week! 1 know that one of our moderatoros - Suzyljank (who had double flap surgery) - used 18mm, if I recall, and she is still doing this. This is not a quick solution. It requires dedication and time. Also, what you are using is not right for anal dilation in that they are not uniform in width.

Will self dilatation ever cure chronic anal fissures..???

I am having large congested haemorroids so will it be good for me to do self anal dilatation via dilatator because Haemorroids are active source of bleeding and can cause bleeding while dilatation..???

does dilation help for external fissures?
