Glad to hear from you. You've been on my mind this week with all you were going through. I hope and pray this is the end of this nightmare and they were able to pinpoint the problem and repair everything.
God bless!

Best wishes for a speedy recovery. I know that the healing part is never easy, but take your time, follow the doctors orders and don't strain your body. Relax and sleep lots and lots! I hope you get better very very soon.

Thanks for all your comments and support. I am just now getting up and moving around. For some reason they did less on the operation this time but it hurts more. Oh well. I didnt want to make a long drawn out play by play on what happen at or during the surgery but i learned a lot from this one. We went in with the intention of removing another fistula and cleaning up the inflamed areas. They had at least three plans layed out before surgery with all the doctors in the room. Plan A was to remove the fistula or cap it off somehow and clean up the areas that didnt heal with a laser and put a temporory coloposmy bag for 4 weeks to promote quick healing. They also found out through my blood cultures that i had absolutely no vitamins in my system which would have caused the healing issue to errode like it did. So they stuck me on TPN the entire stay to feed me through the main vessel through the heart to keep up my intake of of vitamins and other things needed to help the body heal and to also rest the bowl. I was an emotional wreak and didnt want the colopsmy bag. So the doctors said if they went in and thought they could pull it off without putting one in they would. When they got into the surgery and openned me up they couldnt locate the fistula. They ran another die test and had another surgeon look hard under the musles and organs. Still no fistula. The surgeon thought anyway if they located the fistula it would have been a big mistake to take it out then. My areas of inflamation were so bad he said he would had to take it out on another operation if it ever shows up. It would have been too risky. They took tissue samples of all inflamed areas and non inflamed areas. Tissue samples came back normal. Anyway i walked out with them burning all the inflamed areas and sewing up areas they layed open to drain from the first surgery. I stayed in the hospital from Monday to Satuday healing up with the TPN which was part of plan A to promote quick healing. I am not as weak this time but more pain from the first surgery for some reason. I will give it some time. Again thanks to all for your kind words. Sorry for the missspelled words.
