You were right hope.. I had surgery today and wow I was so nervous even waiting for the dr to come and talk to me and everything.. More nervous than I should of been looking at it all now.
I was told not to even worry and that I would feel "good" Sure enough I was rolled to the procedures room and was given o2 and apparently the good stuff because I woke up and asked was it done hahaha. Everyone was so polite and nice. I can say though, the nurse right before I left was the nicest she sat with me and just talked for 15 minutes. It was a nice procedure, and I'm in a little pain right now, but on a scale from 1-10 its about 1 and a half not that bad. The car ride home was only a half hour but was the worst. It started to hurt, but as it settled down out of the car im in a fairly decent mood (in a better mood than I had with the fissure).
Thanks guys and Ill post tomorrow to update how my BM is. But Im optimistic now. AHHHH does it feel good to be on the other side!!!!

Wecome to the other side! :D I'm so glad your surgery went so well. It sounds like you even got the added benefit of a nice high. Take good care of your poor butt - it's been through a lot and needs some TLC. Stay on top of the pain and take those stool softeners and LOTS of water and you should be A-Okay. Do post an update tomorrow. :D
