The power of poop

I spent a lot of time reading about fecal microbiota transplantation FMT (or stool transplant).
This procedure was initially used only for treatment of the most stubborn cases of clostridium difficile infections with huge success and is still mainly used for that, but other benefits are obvious too.
I am posting a link to the site The power of poop wher you can get information about this interesting and promising procedure. It seemed gross in the beginning, but considering the benefits from it, I think it is worth to know more about it.

Disabling burning, drilling pain in anal area for almost a year, started after UT infection. Small anal fissure diagnosed, turned out it is probably not the cause of pain, MRI shows no inflammation or fistula. Grateful to forum members for support.
