Tip for helping to pass stools

Postby Sadie22 » 21 Apr 2016, 06:47

Hi everyone, I am not sure if this tip will work for everyone as it probably depends on where your fissure is located.
My fissure is at the top of my anus...near the tail bone if that makes sense. I have found that what has been helping is to put a bit of pressure above that area, while passing a stool, as it seems to take some of the pressure off the fissure some how...it takes a little time to figure out where you need to press and I wouldnt suggest pressing too near the hole but give it a go it might help

Hi,

Yes, pressing on that place was found useful, as per other members reports, there were also topics and researches for around special device you can put on toilet to support anterior fissure. You can try to search on forum, I was not able to find it immediately.
