After trying lots of different things for many-many years I decided to go to a surgeon...
My GP gave me referral but as I can see he is General, Laparoscopic, Gastrointestinal & Bariatric Surgeon
So, I'm wandering should I find and go to a colorectal surgeon?
Not sure if I ready for LIS but I'd like to get my bum examined and to talk to someone who knows the subject (sure thing any surgeon will recommend LIS or something like that cos it's their job..)

I was using dilation as well 3 years ago and managed to "heal" my AF so didnt have any issues for almost 2 years... but a year ago it came back again and this time nothing is helping...it's not horrible (because it's chronic?) but I'm just too tired to live life like that..

And it is a CRS that you should see. Anal fissures are their bread and butter so to speak :)
