oh i forgot to mention...my new CRS said i have the tightest anus he's EVER seen. so that may explain why 2 LIS and a fissurectomy failed to heal me. apparently since i've been dealing with it for so long it's probably gotten even tighter. he also mentioned levator syndrome. some potential answers FINALLY.

Not only that Juney - I had 3 centennial piles above my fissure also and my CRS removed them during my second LIS as they could have been possible problem !!!!!!! Maybe your "papilla "are same thing actually !!!!! HEY JUNEY _ MAYBE we actually had SAME BUTTS _ how about that !!!??? Super tight and with inside "piles" or "papille" or whatever !!!!! AND - after my CRS removed it alllllll - I finally healed !!! I HATED him so much for the first 4 weeks since I ended up with 7 cuts done (LIS, 3 piles, 2 tags and fissurectomy): (((, it was painful oh my, how painful it all was - BUT - I healed once and for all !!!!!
May it be your case Juney too !!!!!!! May you finally heal completely and forever Image Image Image
PS: I am so sorry to hear about your ordeal with the ovary : (((( - doctors are sometimes idiots indeed Image - actually MOST of the times Image
