What has been your guys' luck with peanut butter/nuts in general?
what about rice? I know to stay away from white rice right now but what about brown rice or wild rice?

I do fine with peanut butter and both brown and white rice regardless of whether I take Miralax or not. Brown rice is higher fiber of course but white rice doesn't cause me any problems either, it seems pretty easy to digest.
I haven't tried nuts without Miralax but with Miralax they haven't been a problem.

Peanut butter doesn't affect me, but nuts do! I had a great salad a few weeks ago - fresh arugula, ripe pears, blue cheese, a light vinaigrette dressing, and some toasted walnuts. I shouldn't have had the walnuts! It was painful. I can have any kind of rice, even white, as long as I am on Dulcolax and drinking a ton of water.

Oh yes, all the "good stuff" is what will eventually make you pay a BIG price for eating it!
