Why is dairy not recommended for a fissure?

Postby berzerker5220 » 14 Jul 2019, 15:55

I notice I have issues with hard stool the first 2 inches or so is always hard hard and the rest is soft, I wonder if dairy could be the cause of this?

I am thinking of making oats milk at home to hope this fissure heals, also thinking of switching from Nitro to Nifedipine 0.5%

To some dairy is constipating. It'll depend on you. I have lattes all the time, no dramas, I do limit cheese. Cheesecake will make stool large as a heads up, but I have zero issues except the occasional ibs-d as I'm lactose intolerant.
