I'm sure many of you have probably found this / something similar, but I use something like this at home and take it with me wherever I go. I pack it in a small, discrete bag and it fits a regular water bottle. My fissure is more on the outside, so this has helped A LOT in my healing. Reduces wiping and keeps the area clean.
