I've had a fissure for about 10 months, my doctor recommended I go for a FIT test which came back positive (197 ug/g), so he's booking me an urgent colonoscopy. I'm terrified, for the obvious reasons - has anyone experienced this? How did it all pan out?

I am sorry you are going through all this. If someone has gone through this they may respond. You might find some answers on here by doing a search. Good luck and best wishes on your colonoscopy. My friend had a super high PSA test once and expected to hear that he had prostate cancer, but alas he was ok.
