i did try a firbre diest but for me i found that caused me more pain....
i know it goes against verything your told but i just ate normal. not going to stupid lengths to make sure my bum didnt hurt... i hate far less main say eating fast food then if i was to eat alot of fibre. Go Figure.
but now im on movicol i can eat what ever i like and there all come out like chocolate toothpaste Image
