pss... there are other ointments that are available here in the US besides the Diltiazem which I have heard one of staff call anoheal in my CRS office?! There's nitro and nifedipine also.

Thanks for the information. I hope to maybe be able to get a hold of Diltiazem through mail order or something and try it before my appointment with the CRS on August 5th, I just feel like it would speed things up and prevent further damage to use the cream now rather than wait for the CRS to prescribe it a month from now.

My doctor and CRS both said that wiping too hard or too much can cause superficial tears.
