hey guys iam having strong spasm and it continues for the whole day.i have to stop diltiazem becuz it's causing rashes down there. the spasming continues and it's so strong that immediately after passing stools the muscles vigorously contracts. i don't what's causing it becuz i never had it before, it's just 15 days back this this started and i am completely unaware what's causing it

what you are experiencing is classic symptoms for a fissure. That's the spasms. Try and take the warm baths 3-4 x's a day for 20 mins or more. Hopefully they will give you some relief.
The diltiazem can cause a horrible itch. Maybe you could get one of the other fissure ointments prescribed by your CRS?!
