hi everyone. I know i posted this problem already but i have a question. When you do more than 1 sitz bath a day do any of you still find a little bit stool each time. I do, not alot but a few dots. i tried the hand held shower and it didn't help but maybe not doing it right. But i can't really use it as it sprays all over your body then you have to have a shower. I cant' shower everyday as i get ecxema and its worse in winter. Already i can feel some places flaring up and i can feel my bum and thigh area feeling like a rash. I put vasoline on that part. In morning after bm i soak until there is nothing on tp. But when i do the 2nd one there is alittle specks. Does this mean when i have a bm, not everything cleared out of rectum. It feels like its all out.

maybe when u wash with ur hand-held shower, u can gently use ur fingers on ur anus. GENTLY is key. Try ur best to keep things dry down there.
