I just got Botox injections and Fulguration of Hemorrhoids 2 days ago. How long were you out of work for after Botox? How long were you out of work after LIS? They told me 3-4 days recovery after Botox but I am still kind of numb and have a lot of pressure so I don't think I will be going back to work tomorrow...

Well, I am not sure if Hemorrhoids complicate the situation and I am sure it depends on the nature of work, but I believe I was able to work 3 days after Botox.
I am sure it is individual though, so take as much time as you need and good luck :)!
Ps. If I could do something different today, I probably would have exercised a little more after my 1 Botox (walking, dancing etc.) to get some blood in there. I believe my mistake was I spent too much time in bed.

How long after injections would you start to exercise? They told me to lay down for 72 hrs and then I could slowly start to sit and walk. Just don't want to do any damage but I am very bored!!! Thank you for the help!!!

I believe now I should have started light walking after 5 days and then gradually increased the speed and the time!
(Like I did with the 2. Botox)
After a month i would progress to dancing Salsa, but that is just me :)
(That's what I did after LIS and it worked like a charm)
