MoM is a lot more harsh than Miralax. I had 9 BM's one day from 1/2 cap of MoM. I still go 2-3 times in the morning with the Miralax. I am thinking of cutting it to half a cap, but being so soon after surgery, I think I will wait a couple of more weeks. Metamucil makes wafers, they are not bad, but cause a lot of gas

Sue - I'm only taking the Miralax once a day - just one dose, filled to the white cap line.
Is that about right?

Yes that's right. I think once you have surgery and things start to calm down you just don't need as much. I am going to wait at least a couple of more weeks though.
